Re-enrollment
The 2008-2009 re-enrollment form is available here for download.
Full Time
To apply as a full-time student, please complete the following steps:
- Submit a completed application. Download here or request a copy from Caritas.
- Submit a transcript with a minimum of the last 2 years of grades.
- Submit a letter from the student telling why he or she wants to attend Caritas.
- Submit copies of IEP if applicable.
- Submit 2 recommendation letters, from a math teacher, English teacher, or pastor.
- Include anything else that you like that will give us an idea of who the student is.
- Interview with 2 admissions committee members.
- Submit academic assessments or test results where applicable.
- Attend school for a day or half day (prospective student "shadowing").
Tuition for 2008-2009 is $6,475. (Siblings receive a 10% discount: $5,827.) There is also a $410 Materials & Activities Fee to cover lab fees and fine arts materials, books for English class, and fees for Thurssday activities. The application fee is $65.
Part Time
To apply for part-time coursework, please complete and submit the homeschool application and registration form. We require an interview and may require additional information based on the courses desired.
Academic courses: $1122 per year (plus $50 lab fee for science courses)
Art, Music, or Drama: $200 per 10-week term
Home school science labs: $133 (5 weeks, 10 hours total)
The application fee is $25
Siblings receive a 10% discount.
Tuition Assistance
We are now using the Christian group Family Financial Needs Assessment to help us make our tuition assistance decisions. Applications can be made at their website, here, or by a request to the Caritas office for the form.
2008-9 Course Listing
Caritas reserves the right to cancel a course prior to the start of the term, in which case the registration fee and tuition would be refunded.
