Full Time Students

1. To apply as a full-time student, please complete the following steps:
2. Submit a completed application. Download here or request a copy from Caritas.
3. Submit a transcript with a minimum of the last 2 years of grades.
4. Submit a letter from the student telling why he or she wants to attend Caritas.
5. Submit copies of IEP if applicable.
6. Submit 2 recommendation letters, from a math teacher, English teacher, or pastor.
7. Include anything else that you like that will give us an idea of who the student is.
8. Interview with 2 admissions committee members.
9. Submit academic assessments or test results where applicable.
10. Attend school for a day or half day (prospective student "shadowing").

Tuition for 2009-2010 is $6,770. (Siblings receive a 10% discount to: $6,093.) There is also a $450 Materials & Activities Fee to cover lab fees and fine arts materials, books for English class, and fees for Thursday activities. The application fee is $65. If you pay your first month's tuition by June 1, 2009 you will receive a $100 discount off your tuition.

Tuition Assistance

We are now using the Christian group Family Financial Needs Assessment to help us make our tuition assistance decisions. Applications can be made at their website, here, or by a request to the Caritas office for the form.

Caritas reserves the right to cancel a course prior to the start of the term, in which case the registration fee and tuition would be refunded.
